- Body Relaxation Gentle guided relaxation help little bodies (and big ones) release tension and settle into stillness.
- Instrument Playtime At the end of each session, children can explore the instruments—Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, bells, and more—encouraging creativity, sensory awareness, and pure enjoyment.
