Hello, I’m Michele, an accredited meditation teacher, Reiki practitioner and holistic therapist. My own wellness journey began after my parents passed away from chronic illnesses. I wanted to give something back so began volunteering in my local hospice, providing oncology massage to patients near the end of their lives. Being around so many seriously ill people really brought home my own mortality. Being a stressed-out, perimenopausal mother of two, suffering with brain overload, sleep deprivation,
and low energy, I knew something had to change. Otherwise, my risk of developing a chronic illness in future would be high.
So, I embarked on a journey to improve my physical and mental health that involved changes to my lifestyle incorporating meditation, better sleep, holistic treatments and energy rebalancing. Having experienced the improvement to my own health and wellness, I became passionate about helping others do the same. I studied different modalities including meditation teaching, Reiki, holistic therapies and sleep consultant training and launched Michele Wellness in 2023.
I began running themed meditation and relaxation classes locally. Feedback from clients was how much they benefited from these sessions, not only from the fact that they took time to pause, but also from the practical tools they gained to ease sleep deprivation, stress and anxiety.
I’m based near Royston in Hertfordshire and offer 121 and group meditation classes, wellness workshops and holistic therapies in the comfort of your home, workplace, via zoom or at my cosy Wellness Room in Steeple Morden.
