LEArN TO MEDITATE COURSE (5 WEEKS X 1.5 hours)
This 5-week Learn to Meditate Course is for you if you’re:
- New to meditation
- Are struggling to meditate
- Are finding it difficult to build a consistent habit
- Feel stressed or anxious
- Want to improve your mental fitness
This small group course (max of 3 people) ensures that there is plenty of opportunities to do practice techniques, ask questions and feel supported.
During this course, you will find out which types of meditation resonate with you. We’ll do this by discussing some of the theory around meditation, but mostly by trying out a range of different meditation techniques and styles.
You will also receive some complimentary guided meditation recordings and handouts as part of your course, plus ongoing support from me to help you build confidence and create your meditation habit.
