Although Meditation might seem mystical, there’s a lot of sound science behind it.
Let me break down some myths. You don’t need to be a Tibetan monk to meditate. Nor do you have to sit for hours in silence or achieve enlightenment either.
In fact, everyone can meditate. The trick is to find what works for you.
My guided meditation classes incorporate the use of various techniques including breathwork, body relaxation, mindfulness, mantras, sound and visualisation. You’ll be sure to experience certain techniques that resonate more with you.
Yes, meditation might feel strange to begin with. Yes, it might take some practise and yes, you’ll still get distracted and have thoughts at times, even Buddhist monks do! That’s all normal.
My mission is to make meditation accessible for all. So, whether you’re a total beginner or seasoned meditator, a child, teen, adult or group of friends or work colleagues, I will have a meditation session that works for you.
