Parent & Child Meditation Experience at The Wellness Room
Description
Give a loved one the gift of relaxation with Michele Wellness.
This lovely session, designed for ages 7-13 can be used for 1 parent and up to 3 children.
- We'll discover what meditation is (& do a chocolate meditation) 😀
- We'll learn some breathwork & progressive muscle relaxation techniques to calm the mind and body
- Experience a guided meditation & visualisation designed for both children and adults to enjoy
- Enjoy the healing vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments
- A chance for the children to try out the singing bowls
Treatments can be had at The Wellness Room, Steeple Morden or also via Zoom for meditation/relaxation sessions. Mobile treatments are also available within a 15 mile radius of Steeple Morden (Cambridgeshire/Herts/Beds) for a small travel fee.
The E-voucher can either be emailed to the person gifting or directly to the recipient.
If you prefer a printed version in a gift box, you can let me know below and I can arrange this for a small additional fee. I will also be in touch with you to arrange for you to either pickup or it can be sent out to you.
